To select the right dryer, the following information must be known to help us understand all aspects of your application:
- Basic description of application – OEM, CEMS, Process Analysis, Scientific Experiment
- Are you familiar with Nafion based gas dryers and how they work?
- What is your application challenge? What are you trying to achieve?
- What is the chemical composition of the Incoming (Sample) Gas, and what components are you measuring (if any)?
- Are you removing or adding moisture to the gas stream? What are you using today?
- Incoming (Sample) Gas Flow Rate (lpm), Pressure (bar or psi) and Temperature (C)
- Incoming (Sample) Gas Moisture Content (dew point or ppm)
- Target Dryness level required (end dew point or ppm) of the gas
- Purge gas method and pressure (if using a tube and shell dryer) – instrument air, bottle gas, vacuum pump
- Any other notes that could help us understand what you are trying to achieve
